Built the Channel’s first “Certified Implementation Partner Program”, now widely utilized across the industry.
Scaled PS from start-up to acquisition – grew a services org from 5 → 40+ people and a sub-$300k P&L into a $10M+ engine that helped drive an eventual sale.
Ran big, messy CX programs at scale – led major contact center transformations for the biggest of the big, such as a legacy-to-cloud migration for a Fortune 10 streaming service, covering 17k+ agents across 19 countries.
Consulted with vendors and other Channel Partners on creating and managing their own Certified Partner Programs.
Designed the weird, hard stuff – architected complex middleware, legacy integrations, and white-labeled vendor PS models that turned “necessary evil” services into predictable margin.
